Psychosocial Recovery Coach

A recovery coach is a worker with an extended mental health knowledge and is designed for people with a psychosocial disability – typically related to a mental health condition that impacts significantly their daily life and functioning.

  • Spend time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs   

  • Help to find out about different services and supports, and how these can help you   

  • Assists getting support from mental health services  

  • Works with you to better understand the NDIS and work closely with the Agency.

  • Plays a role in developing safety plans to help individuals manage potential crises and ensure their well-being
