How does SDA work?
SDA funding helps create high-quality, contemporary, accessible housing for eligible participants. This funding is paid directly to SDA providers to cover building and maintenance costs. Participants contribute a reasonable rent and day-to-day expenses, such as utility bills.
All our homes meet NDIS design standards and are built to provide a supportive, accessible environment tailored to your daily living needs.
